Recipe: 2 chicken breasts split in half 2 small baking potatoes 2 small carrots 1 medium onion 1/4 each green pepper and red pepper (optional) 1 Can green beans (generic works fine) drained slightly Salt and pepper to your desired taste. In a large nonstick cake pan, place chicken breasts. Pour other ingredients on top placing peppers and onion on top. Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup water (you can start with 1/4 but check periodically so it doesn't burn). Salt and pepper to your taste. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 2-4 It does take an hour to cook, but very quick to assemble and very healthy.
