Garlic Chicken and mushrooms

Recipe: 1 pkg. Boneless/Skinless Ckn Breast (about a 2-3lb. pkg.) 1 packet Roasted Garlic dry marinade 1 small onion 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms Mix the dry marinade according to directions, set aside. Cut the chicken breast into chunks. Place half of the marinade mixture into a skillet and heat.When the marinade starts to bubble add the chicken and stir. While the chicken browns dice the onion, continue stirring the chicken. Aftern chicken looks white add the onion.The marinade will start to cook up. While onion and chicken mixture cooks slice mushrooms. When you are done slicing mushrooms add them to the Chicken mixture. Pour the rest of the marinade on top and mix into the Chicken onion and mushrooms. Place a lid on top and lower heat. Let simmer for about fifteen minutes, long enough to make rice of pasta or whatever you prefer to serve the Chicken and mushrooms over. The marinade will make a sauce.
