Recipe: When buying 1 pound of turkey at the deli, request that it be sliced medium-thick so it will not tear when rolling. Prepare one package of stovetop stuffing(turkey recipe) and prepare two packets or one jar of turkey gravy in a seperate pot. Coat the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan with gravy. Lay one slice of turkey out flat on the counter. Scoop a small amount of stuffing onto the turkey slice and roll the slice of turkey horizontally to create your "turkey roll-up" Place each individual turkey rollup into the pan and then spread gray on top of each. Bake at 325 until edges of turkey become SLIGHTLY browned or until desired. Serve with instant mashed potatoes.
