2 to 3 pounds cut up chicken
2 cups rice
2 cans Cream of Mushroom
2 soup cans Milk
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
In casserole dish, mix together rice, soup, and milk. Place chicken on top, sprinkle with soup mix. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
You can also do this in a crock pot, reducing the milk to 1 soup can and cooking on high for 3 to 4 hours. Great for Sunday dinner. |
