8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. Ricotta cheese (part skim)
1/4 grated parmesan cheese
1 TBLS. Parsley flakes
1 tsp. lawry's seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix together above mixture. Cook 18-20 Jumbo pasta shells. Drain. Stuff pasta shells with the mixture and place into glass baking dish. Combine 14 oz jar of spaghetti sauce with a little water. Add brown sugar to sweeten a little. Pour over stuffed shells. Bake in Microwave covered with saran wrap, on high for 15 mins.
Sounds gross being made in Microwave but it's really easy and really tasty! Serve with garlic bread! |
