Recipe: needs: Spaghetti Spaghetti Sauce, or other red sauce of your choice Ricotta Cheese Mozzarella Cheese Parmesean Cheese Eggs Butter Depending on your size of dish to use, you may make this smaller or larger for your family. Preheat oven to 350 Grease 10 inch pie plate Cook and toll hot Spag. w/ butter (or olive oil) Combine eggs and 1/2 cup Shredded Pasrmesean Ch. Stir this into the Spag. Pour into the prepared pie plate Form into a "Crust" Spread Ricotta over bottom of crust ( 1 Cup) Top with Spag. Sauce (1 Cup) Bake uncovered 25 minutes Top then with Mozzarella (1/2 Cup) Bake 5 minutes more Sprinkle with 1/4 Cup Reserved Parmesean Cheese Let cool 10 minute cut into wedges Makes about six adult servings this size
