Recipe: 2 (8 oz) Cream cheese, softened 1 (3.4 oz) French Vanilla instant pudding 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, DO NOT DRAIN chopped pecans In large bowl, beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Add Cream cheese to the pineapple (with juices) and pudding mix. Mix well. Roll cheese mixture into a ball, roll in pecans. Goes great on vanilla wafers, pecan sandies, and graham crackers.
