Recipe: |
1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
1/4 cup vegetable shortening
1 (10 oz) can of hot or mild enchilada sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped jalapeno peppers ( depending on heat desired)
Brown wings in shortening. Mix sauce, seasoning and peppers; pour over browned wings...make sure each one is coated. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until juices run clear. Goes great with ranch or bleu cheese dressings. |
