1 pkg. Chocolate cake mix ( I use Swiss Chocolate)
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 egg
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup pecans (optional)
Mix cake mix, butter and egg in large bowl. Beat at low speed with mixer until blended. Stir in all 3 chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheetes. Bake at 350* for 9 to 11 minutes. Cool about 10 minutes before removing cookies to a cooling rack. Makes about 4 dozen. |
