Recipe: 2 cans pinto beans 1 can tomato sauce 1 lb ground beef 1tsp garlic shredded cheese mexican cornbread mix chopped onion pour cans of beans in a square glass 9x11 baking dish. Add tomato paste, ground beef,onion and garlic. Spread shredded cheese evenly over mixture. Follow directions on back of mexican cornbread mix and pour evenly over top of cheese. Follow directions for cornbread for baking time and temp. Enjoy. Takes about 20 minutes and VERY inexpensive. Is even better the leftover night re-heated.
