Recipe: |
1 lb. macaroni of your choice (I like to use small shells)
1 lb. cottage cheese (your choice of curd and % of fat)
2 tblsp. butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Boil macaroni according to package directions. Drain and put back into same pot. Add butter, cottage cheese and salt and pepper. Mix well. |
