3/4 cup French salad dressing
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 lb. diced chicken
3 cups prepared rice
1 cup fresh or frozen stir fry veggies
Heat wok or skillet. Pour in salad dressing and soy sauce. Add chicken, cover and cook thoroughly. Add veggies and cover. Heat until veggies reach desired tenderness. Serve steaming veggies and chicken over rice. |
