Recipe: 1 box yellow cake mix 1 lg box vanilla instant pudding 2 20 oz cans crushed pineapple (drained very well) 8 oz cream cheese room temp 3 cups milk 1 lg container cool whip cherries/walnuts to garnish Prepare cake mix as usual (in glass pan-cool) Beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup milk wuntil well blended, then add remaining 2 1/2 cups milk and pudding mix and beat until thick. Spread on top of cooled cake. On top of pudding spread pineapple then cool whip. Garnish with cherries and nuts. THIS IS A HUGE HIT EVERYTIME! EXCELLENT!
