Recipe: 2 cans Creamed Corn (make sure it doesnt say "no salt added" 2 eggs (beaten) Italian Style Bread Crumbs 1 Tbsp Butter or Margarine Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a casserole dish, mix corn and eggs together. Blend well. Lightly sprinkle the top of the corn mixture with Italian Bread Crumbs until corn is covered. Place small dabs of butter/margarine across the top of the bread crumbs. Bake on middle oven rack for 30-45 minutes or until top in golden brown. Enjoy!!
