Easy ground beef Stroganoff

Name: Robyn Pomales
Base: Fort Bragg
Recipe: 1-1.5 pounds ground beef 1 small onion (optional) 2 cups water 4 TBS flour 6 Beef Bouillon Cubes Splash of Worcestershire Sauce 10-12 Ounces of Egg noodles Cooked 1 Cup of sour cream Take two cups of hot water and drop 6 Bouillon cubes in to dissolve while you brown the ground beef until no longer pink (you can dice up some onion to cook in it if you like), Drain if very fatty and season, I use a little Adobo, Lawyrs seasoning salt and pepper. Then add flour and stir around until all meat is coated (I use a generous 4TBS). Add the 2 cups of hot water with bouillon cubes dissolved and splash of Worcestershire sauce, bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer stirring often until thickened. Add sour cream and stir until blended and warm then pour over noodles. This is my kids’ favorite and is easy as using Hamburger helper with out all the additives and preservatives for a MSG free meal. Serves 6 well!! The more noodles you use the less coated they are.
