Combine in a mixing bowl small bottle russian dressing, one packet onion-mushroom dry soup mix and 8oz apricot preserves or jelly. Mix well. Place 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts in a glass baking dish. Pour the above mixture over the top and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. The mixture should be brown in color and bubbly. ENJOY! |
