8-10 cloves sliced garlic
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp olive oil
1 C. sour cream
milk (if needed)
salt and pepper
Pasta, any you prefer
Parmesan (if desired)
Saute garlic and onions in olive oil until just starting to brown. Add mushrooms, cook to warm. Add sour cream, if to thick add milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer and toss with pasta. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired. 1/2 pound pasta serves 4 people.
