1 Reynolds large Foil Bag
approx. 3 lb beef chuck roast
2 cups peeled baby carrots
1 onion, sliced
1 stalk celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 can tomatoe juice
1/2 cup water
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
3 tbsps flour
1/4 tsp pepper
heat over on to 450 degrees
place foil bag in pan atleast 2 inches deep
place roast in bag and arrange vegetables around the roast
combine juice, water, soup mix, flour and pepper, spoon over vegetables
double fold open end of bag, don't let edges of bag hang over sides of pan
bake 1-1/2 to 2 hours in oven
