TO MAKE THE GRAVY:
DRAIN TUNA PLACE 1/2 CAN IN LARGE SKILLET
MELT
1/4 C BUTTER OR MARGARINE W/TUNA
ADD 1/4 C FLOUR
BROWN
NEXT ADD 3 CUPS MILK AND STIR OCCASIONALLY TURINING UP HEAT UNTIL GRAVY THICKENS.
NEXT ADD HARD BOILED EGGS CHOPPED UP TO ABOUT POTATOE SALAD SIZE AND THE REST OF THE TUNA.
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
SERVE ON TOAST AND ENJOY. A VERY QUICK AND EASY DINNER YOUR KIDS WILL LOVE IT.
