1 1/2 lbs gr.beef
1 env. taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
2 cans enchilada sauce
10-12 (8-9 inch) flour tortillas
8oz shredded cheddar cheese
add or omit anything below
sliced black olives, sliced green onions ,sliced jalepenos
shredded lettuce, sour cream
preheat oven to 350
brown beef and drain add seasoning and water as directed on back of pack and cook till water is gone. In 9x13 in baking dish cover bottom with some of the enchilada sauce to keep from sticking.Put some beans and meat onto each tortillas and roll up, put in dish close to each other and top with remaining sauce.cover with cheese. (olives, onions and jalepenos if desired).cover with foil bake 30 min.uncover bake 5 min. cool and serve with lettuce and sour cream Enjoy! |
