Unbaked Baked Potatos

Recipe: First mix 16 oz. sour cream with a pack of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip, then place in the fridge. Next, peel and cut up in square sizes 2 lbs of potatos. Place in a deep pot and only fill with water until it barely covers potatos. Next, add 2 TB of Garlic Salt and 1 TB of Seasoning Salt to the water where the potatos are at. This seasons the potatos as they cook. While the potatos cook for about 20 to 25 mins, where they're just slighty tender, shred half a pound of mild or medium cheddar cheese. Once the potatos are done, drain them and place have of the potatos in a deep bowl, next cover them with half the shredded cheese and half of the mixed ranch and top the bacon bits. Next add the rest of the potatos on top of the mix in the bowl, and again cover with whats left of the shredded cheese and ranch and top it off with the bacon bits, you now have an unbaked baked potato that feeds 4 to 5 people, always a hit at bar-b-ques.
