Spanish Rice & Sausage Skillet

Recipe: 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) no-salt-added stewed tomatoes, undrained 1 cup water 1/2 cup sliced LOUIS RICH Turkey Smoked Sausage 3 reduced-sodium chicken bouillon cubes 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked MIX tomatoes, water, sausage, bouillon and hot pepper sauce in large skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 1 to 2 minutes or until bouillon is dissolved. STIR in rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Stir.
