You will need: 8oz package of cream cheese, 12oz can of thick and meaty chili ( I use Armor), and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Spread cream chease in the bottom of a microwave safe bowl (an 8" bowl works best) add chili and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Remove and add shredded cheese and cover until cheese starts to melt. Serve with Frito's scoops or and kind of tortilla chips......Enjoy! |
