Recipe: 5 c Rice Crispies 1 c butter 20-30 oz mini marshmallows 2 tbl spn creamy peanut butter 16 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips In a large pot on medium heat, melt butter then stir in 16 oz (just a portion)of marshmallows until creamy. Add peanut butter, add more if needed. Remove pot from heat then stir in rice crispies until completely coated. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes, then before your mixture hardens but not too warm to melt the remaining ingredients. Fold in the remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips. Spread mixture unto cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour. Then cut into desired bar sizes. Forgive me but I really don't measure, when I'm cooking. My mother always taught me to go by taste. So my measurements may not be accurate.
