1 to 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Oyster Sauce
Garlic Salt
Flour
Simple to make, just cut the chicken into little pieces put them into a bowl with the oyster sauce and garlic salt(1 pound of chicken use ony half of sauce). Then coat with flour and put in a pan with oil and fry. Fry till golden brown and chicken is cooked. You can also use drumstickes or whole chicken breasts |
