1 Can of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes with Green Pepper and onion
1 Small Red Onion
1 Bunch of Cilantro
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Sugar or Sugar Substitute
One Bag of Tortilla Chips
Mix all cans of Tomatoes, Small Red Onion and a few Cilantro leaves in food processor or blender. Puree for 1 to 2 minutes. Add Salt, Pepper, and Sugar to taste. Make it as hot or as mild as you like by choosing either Mild, Medium or Hot Tomatoes with Chilies. Enjoy with Chips Can be Mixed with Melted Cheese to make Queso Con Salsa
