Recipe: In a large skillet, brown 2 lbs of chicken tenderloins in 3 Tbs of olive oil. Add 1 15oz can of crushed pineapple, 1 small green pepper cut into slices, 1 red pepper in slices, 3 carrots sliced thinly, 1 small sweet onion sliced. Add 1 tbs soy sauce, 2 tbs honey, 1 tsp chinese 5 spice or a dash each of.. onion powder, garlic powder, nutmeg, cinnamon. Sautee all ingredients till cooked, about 8 minutes. Vegetables should still have a little crunch to them... serve over wild rice, wheat or white rice, with a green garden salad... or... wrap in a tortilla as a hot sandwich.
