Recipe: You will need: 2 cups of rice 1 can of peas (drained) 1 or 2 small cans of condenced Cream of Mushroom soup (to taste) salt and pepper Directions: 1. Cook rice (1 cup rice, 4 cups water, etc.) 2. Add soup, peas, salt, pepper (feel free to toss in whatever else sounds good -cut up chicken, turkey, or salmon works really well-). 3. Heat and serve. My family has been making this for years. It's cheap, quick, tasty, and very filling!
