1 1/4 Cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 Cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 Cups water
1/8 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 15 ounce can pizza sauce
1 Cup pepperoni
1 Cup tomatoes( fresh or canned)
1/2 Cup cooked italian sausage
1/4 Cup parmesan cheese
mozzarella for topping
In large saucepan saute mushrooms & onion in oil 2-3 minutes. Add water, pizza sauce, pepperoni, tomatoes, sausage and seasoning. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and cook 20 minutes. Stir in the parmesan cheese. Serve with mozzarella.
I love this recipe because it only takes one pot and it's a hit with my picky eaters! |
