Recipe: Take 1-2 pounds (4-5) bonened chicken thies, 4 cans chicken broth, and one onion. boil the chicken in the chicken broth for about one hour. Drain broth into a pot removing the chicken from the broth. Rinse the chicken with cold water, and let cool until you can pull the chicken off the bone. Meanwhile, take rice. (I use liption creamy chicken rice) and make the rice as directed, except instead of water use the left over broth. The pulled apart chicken and add just before the rice is done. And let stand. Serve.
