Six (6) potatoes Diced into cubes
One (1) small package of sausage, cooked and drained
One (1) can of cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
One (1) cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all the ingredients and place in a baking dish EXCEPT cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add cheese the last 15 minutes.
This is an EASY recipe, and everyone that I have fixed this for loves it!
