Recipe: 1 can (14 oz?) creamed corn 3 eggs 1 1/2 boxes corn muffin mix (such as Jiffy) 1 c. sour cream 1/3 c. oil Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients in a deep casserole baking dish (13"x9" works, but it's a little dry). Bake at 350 for one hour!
