Super Easy, ALWAYS a winner-great for dinner or breakfast!
1 package shredded hash brown potatoes (frozen any brand will do)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1/2 cup sour cream (you can use the light)
8 oz package shredded cheddar or other blend of cheese
Mix soup, margarine, sour cream, and cheese in a large bowl. Add potatoes and mix with spoon until combined.
Pour mixture into a buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
