Ingredients:
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Lemon Pepper
Butter or Margarine
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the chicken in a shallow pan covered in aluminum foil(easy cleanup). Rub some butter over the top of the chicken and sprinkle as much or as little lemon pepper you desire. Place in the oven for approx. 25min. The butter helps it from drying out. |
