MICROWAVE CHICKEN
Put chicken in a microwavable bowl. Shake lemon pepper and basil to taste, microwave at 7 minutes per pound to be done, make sure to put light cover over bowl so it won't splatter, and it's ready very quickly and much more moist than in the oven. Don't overcook, let sit for just about 10 minutes to finish cooking after taking it out, serve. |
