6 Baked potatos
1 pkg. Frozen broccoli
1 pkg.Bacon (Cooked & Crumbled)
1 stick butter
shredded cheese (If desired)
Bake potatoes in oven or microwave till cooked.
Then mash as you would normally.
Cook frozen or fresh broccoli( stemmed frozen broccoli has more flavor then boiling it)add salt to taste.
Cook and crumble bacon( divide bacon stips on a cookie sheet covered in tin foil, and bake in oven at 350 degrees, makes cooking easier and less hassle.
Grease 13x9 cass. dish,layer potaotes(top w/ butter& Cheese)
Layer bacon, Layer broccoli. Add shredded cheese to top, cover with tinfoil,and bake 350 degrees 20-30 min. |
