Cumin Tomato Cheese Chops

Recipe: 4 Thick cut pork chops 2 Teaspoons cumin 2 Tablespoons olive oil 1 can diced tomatoes (Rotel is good too, if you like that flavor) 1 cup shredded chedder cheese (more if you prefer) On stove, heat deep, large frying pan with olive oil.(medium to high heat) Wash and pat chops dry. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon cumin on top of chops. Fry for 5 + minutes (depending on thickness) on one side, flip and sprinkle other side w/ remaining cumin. Continue to flip and fry until chops are nearly done. Add can of tomatoes to tops of chops. Cover pan and lower heat to low. Simmer until chops are completely done and all meat is white. Add cheese to top of tomatoes. Cover, let cheese melt. ENJOY!
