Take your chicken and cover it first with Miracle Whip, than coat with flour and what ever seasonings you use. I like to add seasoned bread crumbs to it. Now after you have coated it you will need to dip it again, this time dip it in Ranch dressing. Coat one more time with the flour mixture than put into hot greese and wait till finished.... |
