Smothered Chicken

Recipe: 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 8 oz. carton sour cream 1/2 to 1 cup of milk, depending on the consistency you like 1 TBS lemon pepper seasoning place chicken in a pan with about 1 TBS olive oil, fry on each side until lightly browned. spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, place chicken in the dish. in a large bowl combine the soup, sour cream, lemon pepper seasoning, and milk and and mix well, you can use as much or as little milk as you want, depending on teh consistency you like. Pour over the chicken and bake in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. serve with pasta or rice. ENJOY!!
