Fried Balogna and Onion Burritos

Recipe: 1 package of Balogna (your brand) 1 Medium size onion slice into strips 1 package of Burrito shells (your brand) butter salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste 1. In a small frying pan, sautee the slice onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper in some butter, set aside. 2. In a flat medium size frying pan, fry the balogna on both side till lightly brown in some butter. You can cut them in half to prevent curling. Drain on paper towels. 3. Before serving, heat the burrito shells. 4. Place about 3 to 4 halves of fried balogna with some onion mixture and fold or roll up like a burrito and enjoy. 5. Serve with a side of beanie weenies. 6. Kids love this without the onion mixture!
