Recipe: 6 boneless skinless chiken breast 2 cups italian seasoned bread crumbs 2 eggs 3 tablespoons milk 1/3 cup italian dressing 1 to 2 cans hunts garlic and herb spaghetti sauce 1 1/2 cups shredded mazzarella as much angel hair pasta as your family requires mix together eggs milk and italian dressing. clean chicken and dip in egg mixture, pour bread crumbs in a gallon size zip lock bag put one piece egg coated chicken in the bag and shake so chiken is coated good , fry in vegtale or olive oil just till breading is lightly brown, place in a glass pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min , put on your sauce as much as you want and top with cheese bake till cheese is completely melted. serve over angel hair pasta with more sauce.
