Recipe: 2 cups self rising flour 1/4 cup margarine 2/3 cup butter milk 1 cup shredded cheddar 1 tsp garlic powder cut margarine into flour with fork or food processor until mixture is crumbly, add buttermilk and garlic to mixture stir till all flour is melted. pour onto floured surface and knead till mixture in firm roll about 1/4" thick cut with a small cup roll each biscuit thinner and put cheese in the middle fold over and seal edges with a fork. place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 425 degrees untill top is lightly brown. great child pleaser
