Serves 8-12 Enchilladas
Preperation and cooking time= 30 mins.
You Need:
8-12 Burrito Sized Tortilla Shells
2 cans enchillada sauce
1 can refried beans
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 lb.sausage
1 bag a cheese
(whatever kind you prefer, but cheddar is best)
Preheat the oven to 375 while you prepare. Brown the hamburger and sausage in a Med. sized pot,drain grease and return back to pot. On med.heat stir in 1 can of refried beans and 1 can of enchillada sauce.Turn off burner. Scoop amount desired meat into tortilla shell, roll up and place in a 10x13 baking pan. After pan is full. Top with enchillada sauce and cheese. Bake on 375 for 15 mintues. |
