*****This Marinade will make the cheapest cut of meat very very tender !!*****
Your choice of meat
1 (1.0oz) Package of Hidden Valley Original Powder Ranch Dressing (May need 2 if you have alot of meat)
1 (16oz) Bottle of Robusto Italian Salad Dressing
Worcestershire Sauce
Season All
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning (optional)
**********************************
Either use a Tupperware container or a zip loc bag, something that will allow you to "shake" and turn the meat. Please in refrig for several hours or over night.
Season the meat with all of the dry seasonings first. Then completely cover both sides of the meat lightly with the Ranch dressing. Use enough Italian Dressing to make sure all the meat is covered(can't use too much). Then sprinkle a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. THE KEY ingredient is the dry ranch dressing as this acts as a tenderizer for the meat.
***Lately I have been buying the Chuck Eye Steaks from the Commissary and it taste like an expensive Ribeye, but a whole lot cheaper!!***
Hope you enjoy!! |
