Red Wine Chicken over White Rice |

Ingredients:
3 Lg Chicken Breasts sliced into strips
5 Garlic Cloves minced
1 Red & 1 Green Pepper chop half
1 small white onion chopped finely
Olive oil Red Cooking Wine 1/2 cup chicken broth
Tarragon, Rosemary, Basil, 3 Bay leaves
Salt & Pepper to taste
Place sliced chicken strips in skillet with 2 Tbls of Olive oil and cook over med heat until browned.
In a stock pot add 4 Tbls olive oil, minced garlic, chopped red & green peppers and chopped onion. Brown slightly. Next add browned chicken, chicken broth and 3/4 cup red wine. Add your seasonings to taste. Cook over med-high heat and cook until all liquid is almost cooked down that way all the flavor goes into your ingredients.
Serve of white rice.
