1 lb. Hamburger meat
2 cups bisquick
1 package taco seasoning
2 eggs
1-2 cups milk
mild cheddar cheese shreded
cook your hamburger meat throughly. Drain then mix in taco seasoning and put in bottom of a grease 9 by 13 glass casserole dish set aside. In a mixing bowl add the bisquick, eggs and enough milk to get the consistensy of pancake mix. Pour of layer of hamburger meat and bake at 350 for about 25-30 pull out and if the top is a light golden brown put your shredded cheese on top and bake an additional 10-15 min till all cheese is melted.
Also good with sour cream, tomatos, and lettuce be creative. |
