Groundbeefy Tortillia Crock pot casserole

Recipe: 11/2 pounds lean ground beef 1 (14.5oz) can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, undrained 1 can condenensed cream of onion soup 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1/4 Cup water 6 (5 or 6 inch)corn tortillas, cut into 1/2 inch strips 1/2 Cup sour cream 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese 3 tablespoons slice green onions Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat, drain. In 31/2 to 5 quart slow cooker, combine ground beef, tomatoes, soup taco seasoningmix and water; mix well. Add toritlla stips; stir in gently. Cover and cook on low setting for 7-8 hours. About 5 minutes before serving spread sour cream over casserole. Sprinle with cheese. cover; let stand about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions.
