Crockpot Chicken

Recipe: 1 whole chicken 4 medium potaoes cut up 3 large carrots cut up 1 large onion sliced 1 cup mixture of celery and onion mixed (diced) 3 cups roasted garlic flovored chicken broth 1 bay leaf salt and pepper Wash chicken thoroughly, and discard inards. Pat dry. Place onion and celery mixture inside chicken. Place sliced onions on bottom of crockpot and add the rest of the veggies on top. Place chicken on top add chicken broth bay leaf and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours. This actually makes the meat fall right off the bone and you can prepare a great shredded chicken dish with the leftovers!
