Recipe: Honey Curry Chicken 1 to 1 & 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/3 cup butter 1/2 cup honey 1 1/2 tsp curry powder 6 tbsp prepared mustard 1 tbsp oil salt & pepper 3 cups cooked rice Cut chicken breasts into 1" chunks and cook in oil until no longer pink. Add butter, honey, curry powder and mustard to pan, stirring to break up mustard clumps. Bring to a boil, then turn down to med heat. The mixture will become very smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve over cooked rice.
