4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. seven seas italian dressing
1/4 c. parmesan grated topping
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 T. fresh basil or parsley
1/4 c. colby and monterey jack cheese
Place chicken on shallow conainter. Pour dressing over chicken and cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Remove chicken from dressing and throw away dressing. Dip chicken into topping, turning to coat boath sides.Place in shallow baking pan sprayed with non stick spray.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.Menahwile, cook mushrooms on stovetop until tender. stir in basil. Top chicken with mushrooms and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts. |
